3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cz77 login credentials. 3.3 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your cz77 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements, after which the account will be permanently closed.

4.2 Currency. All accounts at cz77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits received in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. No conversion fee is charged by cz77, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. cz77 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Actual receipt of funds is dependent on the processing timelines of the relevant payment provider and is outside cz77's direct control.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by cz77 are subject to individual offer terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. The specific terms for each offer are published in the promotions section of the cz77 Platform and take precedence over any general description.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer. 5.4 Changes. cz77 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a player has already opted in to a promotion, any variation will apply only to the extent permitted by the original offer terms.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. cz77 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across sessions as stated in the Platform. No player is entitled to winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the theoretical return of the game or selection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cz77, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
cz77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cz77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cz77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices and connections.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through cz77's internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the applicable regulatory body or external dispute resolution service, details of which will be provided upon request by the support team.
